Best for a single photo or scanned page you want someone to view quickly, especially on a phone.
Best for anything multi-page, or anything that needs to look the same on every device — contracts, invoices, forms.
ZIP
Best when you’re sending several separate files together — for example, a PDF split into individual pages via our PDF to ZIP tool, so the recipient can grab just the page they need.
When in doubt: one document people will read top to bottom → PDF. A photo or quick visual → JPG. Multiple separate files → ZIP.
